The Indiana University School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation is pleased to invite you to attend the 50th Annual SUMMER CAMP JOBS FAIR. The Summer Camp Jobs Fair 2010 will connect you with hundreds of talented IU students from a variety of majors and student organizations, as well as from various interest areas!
Registration: Please register on-line at hpercareers.com no later than February 4th, 2010.
Your space at the fair includes an 8' table with tablecloth, two chairs, and a basic printout of your camp's name. You are welcome to bring table displays, but we cannot guarantee space for oversized displays or other items that sit in the aisles. Please register on-line no later than February 4th, 2010. Sooner is
better as your table assignment is determined on a first come first served basis. Space is limited, and 70% of our tables will be reserved before the holidays.
Register today!!!
Student Guide: Our goal is to attract the type of students that complement your camp's mission. Before your visit, we post an online Student Guide to the Summer Camp Jobs Fair. This guide provides students with information about your camp's location, mission, population and skill areas that you may want to highlight. Take full advantage of this opportunity to sell the benefits of working at your specific camp by completing the camp profile when you register. Students want to make the most out of their camp experience, and learning valuable skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, globalization, transition/change, and technology can make a great impact on their
resume.
Overnight Accommodations: If you would like to schedule hotel accommodations prior to receiving your confirmation, we invite you to contact the Indiana Memorial Union Hotel (800-209-8145), conveniently located in the same building as the fair.
We are pleased to be coordinating the 2010 Summer Camp Jobs Fair. All of us at the Indiana University School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation are excited to offer this opportunity for you to find qualified staff for the summer, and are looking forward to your participation in the Summer Camp Jobs Fair 2010. If you have questions or need additional information, please call me at (812) 856-1068.
