Teach specific skills to campers. Examples are swimming, sailing, water skiing, horseback riding, arts & crafts, drama, nature, ropes courses, and a wide variety of land sports. Specialists receive their expertise through certification (i.e. WSI, lifeguard), academic major (i.e. wildlife, biology), and hobbies (horseback riding, sports).


Positions include kitchen, maintenance, health (including nurses), and office staff.

Salaries differ depending on the certification/training required for the position, amount of college education completed, and experience.
