C.A.P.I. Research

The Center for Archaeology in the Public Interest is dedicated to completing Research on the modern contexts of archaeological research, and implementing Demonstration Projects as experiments in methods for social involvement in archaeology and training projects for students.  The Center has several associated research projects, including an archaeological field school in Belize and a curriculum development project.  C.A.P.I. is also dedicated to promoting research projects around the world with similar goals to our own.  To that end, we have provided links to important archaeological research initiatives in the C.A.P.I.
