Career Development Center and Arts & Sciences Career Services

About the Center

Serving all 38,990 students enrolled at the Indiana University Bloomington campus with a special focus on liberal arts students, the Career Development Center encourages students to plan and prepare for their future careers. We offer career courses, drop-in and hour-long career advising, job and internship listings, career events such as job fairs, workshops, and information sessions, and a comprehensive career resource library.

Over 40 full-time, part-time, graduate assistant, and student workers are employed by the Center. We operate under a generalist model. All professional staff are cross-trained and actively participate in our core services: teaching courses, advising students, coordinating career events, and partnering with other IU departments.
