Joseph Lovejoy, Assistant Director

Responsibilities

• Teach career courses and advise students
• Serve on Student Services Team, Assessment Team, Information and Technology Systems Team and the Marketing Working Group
• Coordinator, Internship Fair and Getting Into Graduate School Series
• Design and conduct outreach presentations on CDC/ASCS services or aspects of career development

• Bachelor of Arts (English and Political Science), Indiana University (May 2007)

Joe is a 2009 graduate of Indiana University's Higher Education and Student Affairs program. While attending graduate school, Joe worked as a graduate assistant at the Career Development Center. Working as a graduate assistant helped Joe realize that the field of career development is something he is passionate about. Joe is energized by working with people, especially students, and he greatly enjoys helping students become successful professionals. In addition to his work with students, Joe enjoys playing golf, racquetball and spending quality time with family and friends.
