Since graduating with his undergraduate degree, Wes has done his best to become the clichéd Jack of all Trades. Recognizing that the odds of a career as a Rockstar probably wouldn't pan out, he took the next logical step and dabbled in office equipment sales and apartment leasing. When it was time for a change of pace, Wes decided to go back to school. As a graduate assistant with Campus Recreational Sports, he realized his passion for student affairs, but that had to take a backseat for a year following graduation. Wes wallowed in advertising for a year and realized that being at the demand of a client did not fit his personality type. The door was opened for a move back on campus, and Wes darted through it into the role of Program Coordinator for the Council for Advancing Student Leadership (CASL). The year spent with CASL was one of the greatest professional experiences of his "short" life.
