Justin is originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, and fell in love with the state of Indiana during his years as an undergraduate student here. Prior to working at the Career Development Center, Justin spent four years as an adjunct faculty in the Kinesiology Department of the School of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation here at Indiana University Bloomington. As part of his role there, he worked with dance students on planning and actualizing their portfolios and career goals. He has also worked with multiple arts organizations throughout Indiana and abroad, including the Bloomington Area Arts Council, Carnegie Museum of Art, Indianapolis School of Ballet, and Dance Kaleidoscope. Justin appreciates the collegiate atmosphere for its youthful energy, diversity, and his ability to meet and connect with students—especially in preparation for post-collegiate success. In addition to his work in career development and the performing arts, Justin is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor.
