Lou Ann Hanson, Associate Director, Administrative Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as CDC/ASCS Fiscal Officer responsible for overseeing the budget and approving financial transactions
• Oversee daily implementation of CDC/ASCS administrative systems
• Supervise support staff
• Member, Leadership Team

 

Education and Certifications

• Certified for server administration and PC maintenance
• Member, Career Development Professionals of Indiana
• Member, National Student Employment Association

Lou Ann has been with the Center since April 1982. She has been employed at IU since 1973. Prior to working for the Center, Lou Ann worked in the IU Real Estate Department and the IU School of Optometry. Her oddest job was as an extra in the movie Breaking Away. It is a well-kept secret that Lou Ann can make a mean DQ swirl!
