About recruiting at IU

Although IU career services are decentralized, our office works with all IU Bloomington students, with a special emphasis on the approximately 10,000 liberal arts students in the College of Arts & Sciences. For a list of majors available through the College, click here.

Our free online job listing tool gives you a choice:

• If you are working solely with our office, register with IUCareers.com. This will allow you to post full-time, part-time, internship, fellowship, seasonal, and work-study opportunities that all IU students can access. In the last year alone, over 4,000 positions were posted.
• If you are interested in working with two or more career offices on campus, register with IUCareerConnection (the "hub"). This will allow all participating offices to review the jobs you’ve listed, and, if appropriate, post them for their student groups to see. If you are still learning about career services at IU Bloomington, we recommend that you register with IUCareerConnection.com.
