A Four-Year Career Development Checklist How can we help you? This document contains suggestions for career development-related activities in which you might consider engaging during your tenure at Indiana University. The suggestions are presented as a checklist divided into activities for your freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior years.

Each year, your student will face new challenges and tasks regarding career development. To assist students, we’ve developed a four-year career development checklist; click on the link to the right to download it. We've described the relevant career resources available to students for each step during their time at IU, including campus units and other Bloomington resources.

The "years" specified here are only suggestions; every person's path to success is unique, and the scheduling of career development is no different. The Career Development Center is here to help all along the way.
