The Indiana Child Care Health Consultant Program ceased operations on

September 30, 2007 as a result of the decision of the Bureau of Child Care (BCC) to fund the Child Care Nurse Consultation program utilizing existing BCC personnel. To contact the Child Care Nurse Consultant Program at the Bureau of Child Care you can call 877-511-1144.  or email Lisa Clifford, Manager of the Child Care Health Program at Lisa.Clifford@fssa.IN.gov.  Contact information for the nurse consultant serving your area of the state will be provided. The fact sheets, web-linked resources, health and safety assessment, and policy templates developed by the Indiana Child Care Health Consultant Program staff will be moved to the Early Childhood Center's website in near future.  A forwarding address for that information will be place here when that migration is complete.
