Sample Report

If you would like to receive a full sample report, please contact us, either by phone at 812-856-1813 or by e-mail at HSSSE@indiana.edu.

After your completed surveys have been returned to HSSSE you will receive:
A report of the data collected from the surveys your students filled out, alongside the data for all HSSSE participants in the previous year’s administration.

Special reports and comparisions are available upon request, for an additional fee.
