After you have registered you will receive:

Cover Letter (purple)
FedEx Return Label
Teacher Information Sheet (green)
Survey Administration Instructions (orange)
Study Information Sheet (IRB Study Approval)
High School Survey of Student Engagement

Once your completed surveys have been returned to HSSSE, you will receive:
A report of the data collected from the surveys your students filled out, along with the comparision of your school's data to the entire HSSSE pool of participants for that adminstration. Special reports and comparisions are available upon request; additional fees will apply.

Please do not print and/or distribute materials from the HSSSE website; you will receive enough copies for the population you intend to survey and those administering the survey after you have registered. If you would like to receive an information packet to present to a school board or an administrative team, please fill out the "Interest Form" and a member of the HSSSE team will mail you the information you request.
