Designed to cover beginning college levels of language instruction, Tajiki: An Elementary Textbook provides learners and instructors with a wide selection of materials and task-oriented activities to facilitate the development of language learning. Tajiki: An Elementary Textbook contains one CD-ROM that includes authentic audio and video materials to accompany the text and extra exercises, all in Flash format and all of which are keyed to the textbook. It includes a complementary Cyrillic reader, an extensive glossary, and four-color illustrations and photographs throughout.

Nasrullo Khojayori is a software developer at Transparent Language, Inc. He received his PhD in 2000 from the Institute of Tajik Language and Literature of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. He has taught Tajiki and Persian and has served as lead developer of Tajiki language materials at the Center for Languages of the Central Asian Region at Indiana University.
