Equipment Checkout/in Policy

First come first serve
Instructors must present ID to check anything out.
Instructor signature required to verify return of equipment.
Instructors must replace each item not returned.
1 WEEK CHECKOUT POLICY: Everything is due back 1 week after it is checked out:
- Checked out Monday-due next Monday
- Checked out Tuesday-due next Tuesday
- Checked out Wednesday-due next Wednesday
- Checked out Thursday-due next Thursday
- Checked out Friday -due next Friday
Renewal must be done in person with the equipment.
An instructor's checkout privileges will be suspended for the semester, if...
- 3 late offenses occur
- 1 late offense occurs, which lasts more than 3 weeks
