Chabad House at Indiana University

.

Dear Parents,

Going away to college is a priceless opportunity to mature and thrive intellectually, socially and spiritually. For Jewish students, it is also an opportunity to deepen and broaden their Jewish identity, and enhance their sense of commitment to the greater Jewish community - on campus, at home, across America, and throughout the world. At Chabad , we pride ourselves on creating a "home away from home" for Jewish students at the University of Indiana! We serve many Jewish college students, providing them with a wide array of unique and innovative programs, helping to create a strong and vibrant Jewish community on campus. Our diverse programming offers everything, from weekly Shabbat dinners to engaging Jewish educational opportunities. We are proud to say that we have been able to reach many under-involved Jewish students and inspire them with a positive connection to Judaism and Israel. We understand that as a parent, there can be worrisome moments while your child is away at college. That's why we want you to know that we're here.  Feel free to contact us, introduce yourselves, and let us know what's on your mind. We'll be glad to assist in any way possible. Chabad on Campus deepens Jewish students' connection to their heritage and future, by developing leadership skills, and strengthening our entire Jewish community. The programming that we offer would not be possible if not for the generosity of individuals who are committed to ensuring a strong Jewish future. Your generous investment in Jewish student life is a critical part of our success, and we need your help now more than ever.  A gift of: $400 to sponsor a Friday night Shabbat Dinner at Chabad   $600 to sponsor the Jewish library $1800 to sponsor Chanukah program $4000 to sponsor the High Holidays program   $4000 to sponsor Jewish fraternity and sorority programming $4500 to sponsor the Passover Seders   You can make an immediate difference in the lives our students. With the demand for quality programing on the rise, we invite you to consider partnering with Chabad of Indiana University by giving a gift today. We are grateful for any amount you may consider giving. To contact us, call (812)325-4455 or email rabbi@indiana.edu. Sincerely, Rabbi Yehoshua & Zlata Chincholker
