  • Chinese-English Dictionary Lookup Software (CEL 1.0)   This program allows Windows users to look up words in CEDICT, the public-domain electronic Chinese-English dictionary.
  • Electronic Dictionaries, Besta
  • Xiandai Hanyu Cidian.  A CD-ROM of Chinese-Chinese Dictionary, can be purchased at the MOE store for NT350, which is just over US$10.  Not well designed multimedia-wise, but with an extensive database of entries.
  • CEDICT project.  A collaborative downloadable Chinese-English dictionary contains over 7,000 entries in both GB and Big 5 format.
