3.2.1  Audio Amplifier (Small Venue)

Description

Audio amplifier receives low power input signals and amplifies it for general distribution to the system speakers.

Features:

  • Power switch and on/off indicator
  • Reset switch to reset the circuit breaker that protects the power supplies from overload

  • Protection systems for thermal protection

Specifications:

  • Frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz
  • Phase response of +-10 degrees form 20 to 20kHz at 1 watt
  • Total harmonic distortion (TDH) less than 0.05% at full power (from 20 Hz to 1kHz) increasing linearly to less than 0.1% at 20kHz
  • Power output not less than 100 watts per channel full range
  • Output mode switches for 8 or 4 ohms loads or 70-volt lines
  • Dual and mono 3 position back panel switch to select dual, bridge-mono or parallel-mono operation
  • Input impedance nominally 20 K ohms, balanced 10 K ohms unbalanced
