  • Faculty & Postdoc:  $70  ($80 on site)
  • Students: $40 ($50 on site)

Cancellation of Registration
Prior to April 7, 2012: Full refund, less a $20.00 processing fee.
On or after April 7, 2012: No refund, but we would be happy to accept substitute participants.
