Student Government » Board of Programmers

The Board of Programmers (BOP) is a dedicated group of students that is responsible for planning and executing the four large Collins events each school year. The group plans each event from beginning to end, and does everything from decorations, publicity, space reservation, food—you name it!

BOP is made up entirely of student volunteers and meets at 7:00 p.m. each Thursday in the Coffeehouse. Stop by a meeting and see what BOP does!

Hi, my name is Austin VanScoik and I like to party. Thus I have lead the Board of Programmers for many years. With my trust roll of duct tape at my side and a flock of valkyries at my back we have coordinated many great feasts and festivals. I've danced the Thriller with a pack of ghouls, dined with the finest Alumni, smashed giant gnomes ice sculptures, and grilled a million burgers. If you've had a barrel of fun at Collins odds are Board of Programmers had something to do with it. We'll see you at our next event. If you have any questions, contact me at
