Sustainable Food Committee

The Collins Sustainable Foods Committee is an organization dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to prepare and try meals from locally grown sources and have access to a series of speakers with varying backgrounds from organic gardening to farm management. Meetings happen on Fridays at 5 PM in the Edmonson Coffehouse. Our Fall semester schedule is as follows: Fri., Oct. 16, 5pm Fri., Oct. 30, 5pm Fri., Nov. 13, 5pm Fri., Dec. 4
