Sustainable Food CommitteeHi, my name’s Farah Yusuf and I’m one of three co-chairs for the Collins Sustainable Food Group. For those of you that don’t know, sustainable food is food that allows us to meet our needs for nourishment in a healthy way without jeopardizing the environment. At our meetings, we welcome anyone from RPS representatives to local farmers and restaurant owners to discuss sustainability as well as enjoying healthy home (dorm) cooked meals!  We meet every other Friday at 4:30 and also take trips to the IU campus gardens during their work hours.  If you’re interested in sustainability or even just interested in some tasty free food, come check us out!
