How to Enter Volunteer Data

The Indiana Clean Lakes Program accepts lake data submissions online using our electronic forms. Our data entry form transmits your data to the Clean Lakes Program in Bloomington and automatically enters it into a volunteer monitoring database. This saves us from having to re-enter your data from the data cards and helps insure accuracy.
We have two electronic forms. The first you can use to enter Secchi depth data. The second form can be used to enter dissolved oxygen/temperature data. Both forms have instructions to help you with the data entry. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Secchi Depth Data
Use this form to enter Secchi depth data that you have collected on your lake.
Dissolved Oxygen/Temperature Data
Use this form to enter dissolved oxygen/temperature data that you have colleced on your lake.
