Undergraduate | Complementary Programs of Study
CMCL’s degree requirements are flexible enough to allow students to pursue a second major and/or a minor. Second majors, minors, and certificates can complement and enhance a CMCL degree, making you an even better candidate for certain careers after you graduate.

Some exciting minors & certificates offered at IUB:
COAS students are permitted to count up to 22 credit hours outside the College toward their degrees. The following minors and certificates require between 15 and 22 credit hours outside the College, so interested students must plan their schedules very carefully. See an advisor for more details.
- Certificate in Journalism (School of Journalism)
- Minor in Human Resources (SPEA)
- Minor in Management (SPEA)
- Minor in Fundraising and Resource Development (HPER)
- Minor in Business (Kelley School of Business)
- Business Foundations Certificate (Kelley School)
- Liberal Arts and Management (LAMP) program (offered through COAS but requires 16 credit hours through Kelley School)
