The Committee to End Rape and Relationship Violence

Rape Awareness programming takes place throughout the academic year by the Education Subcommittee of the Commission on Personal Safety and the Committee to End Rape and Relationship Violence (CERRV). CERRV is made up of representatives from various campus offices and community organizations. Monthly programs include keynote speakers and panels. A wide range of topics pertaining to rape and relationship violence are explored. Last year, Katie Koestner was our keynote speaker who spoke of her own victimization as a college student. Panels on legal issues, stalking and violence in gay and lesbian relationships also took place.
