Dr. Phyllis R. Klotman Personal Safety Awards


The Indiana University-Bloomington Commission on Personal Safety presents two (2) awards each year to recognize achievements by members of the Indiana University community for their contribution toward improving personal safety conditions on the Indiana University-Bloomington Campus.

OBJECTIVE: Presentation of these awards is to recognize achievements and encourage participation of others in making Indiana University-Bloomington a safe physical environment for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

AWARDS: Recipients of these awards will receive campus-wide recognition for their contribution toward personal safety.  

This award recognizes the contribution of an individual toward improving the personal safety environment on our campus.

            This award recognizes a university unit or organization that has made a significant effort to improve personal safety on our campus.

CRITERIA: The Executive Committee of the Commission on Personal Safety will select award recipients on the basis of the following criteria:

Please complete and return the nomination form by March 12, 2004. 

Nomination forms are available online www.iub.edu/~cps. Hard copies can be picked up from the Office for Women’s Affairs, Memorial Hall East 123.
