CPT '01 Proceedings Information

The deadline for receipt of manuscripts is September 30, 2001.

Speakers with 30 minutes are limited to a maximum of 10 manuscript pages. Speakers with 15 minutes are limited to a maximum of 5 manuscript pages.

Please use the standard World Scientific latex macro called sprocl.sty to prepare your proceedings. (To get and save this macro, first click on "sprocl.sty" in the previous sentence and then click "File" and ``Save As...'' on your browser.)

A sample latex file called sprocl.tex that uses the macro sprocl.sty is available. (To get and save this file, click on "sprocl.tex" in the previous sentence.) It contains some information about how to use macro sprocl.sty and provides the format for the CPT '01 proceedings. Warning: it is a modification of older sprocl.tex files, so please use this version rather than any you might already have.

Your completed latex file should be sent by email to the organizer with "your surname, cpt01" as the subject. Please send it as an attachment, as otherwise it may arrive encoded.

If figures are included in your proceedings, please prepare a single tar file containing the latex file, all the figures, AND your version of the relevant psfig.sty or epsfig.sty file. The tar file should be sent by email to the same address with subject line "yoursurname, cpt01, figures".

For those without tar capabilities, each figure should be sent separately with "your surname, figure #" as the subject, AND your version of psfig.sty or epsfig.sty should be sent separately with "your surname, figure style file" as the subject.
