The proceedings of the meeting will be published by World Scientific Publishing Company.

The deadline for receipt of manuscripts is Friday September 14, 2007.

Speakers with 30 minutes are limited to a maximum of 7 manuscript pages.
Speakers with 20 minutes are limited to a maximum of 5 manuscript pages.
Poster presenters are limited to a maximum of 3 manuscript pages.

Please prepare your contribution to the proceedings with latex, using the following special World Scientific files:

  • ws-cpt07.tex (latex source file, contains formatting instructions, can be used as a template for your contribution)
  • ws-procs9x6.cls (style file called by the source file)
  • ws-fig1.eps (sample eps figure file called by the instructions source file)
  • ws-cpt07.pdf (pdf output of the instructions source file)
To get and save these files, click on each of the above links and if necessary click "File" and "Save As..." on your browser. Depending on your browser configuration for file saving and whether you are right- or left-clicking, you may then need to rename some of the files as above.

Warning: these files are modified for the CPT '07 proceedings, so please use them rather than other versions you may already have.

Any figures in your contribution must be black and white or grayscale and must be embedded using the commands shown in the source file.

Your completed latex file should be sent by email to cpt07 at indiana.edu with "your surname, cpt07" as the subject. Please send it as an attachment, as otherwise it may arrive encoded.

If you include figures, please prepare a single tar file containing the latex file and all the figures. The tar file should be sent by email to the same address with subject line "yoursurname, cpt07, figures". If you don't have tar capabilities or if the total size of all figures exceeds 2.5M, please send each figure in separate emails with "your surname, figure #" as the subject.
