Registration Information
Registration fee for the Colloquium on French in the United States includes participation in all sessions; conference materials; opening reception; morning coffee with pastries and afternoon refreshment breaks.
Registration Fee
Faculty Fee (includes a packet containing the papers of all invited speakers which will be mailed to you prior to the Colloquium) $60.00
Student Fee (students may purchase packet containing the papers of invited speakers at an additional charge of $15.00 – see on-line registration form) $25.00
We ask that all participants register, including speakers, presenters, exhibitors and guests.
Registrations after March 31st
In order for you to receive your packet of papers prior to the beginning of the Colloquium, we encourage you to register early. If you register after March 31st, we will be unable to mail your packet. You may pick it up at the registration check-in desk when you arrive.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for those staying at the Indiana Memorial Union. After 5:00 pm and on weekends, street parking is available within easy walking distance. Otherwise, a permit is necessary to park on campus. Cost: $4.00 per day.

Payment for Registration can be made by:
· Credit Card – VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX
· Check – In US funds, made payable to IU Conferences #16-03 and drawn on a bank that does business in the US
· Purchase Order
· Cash – on-site only. Do not mail cash.
Cancellation of Registration:
Faculty Cancellation:
If you cancel after your packet has been mailed, your Registration fee will be refunded minus $30.00 (administrative & packet fee).
If you cancel before your packet has been mailed, your registration fee will be refunded minus a $15.00 administrative fee.
Student Cancellation:
If you have paid for registration only and not purchased a packet, your registration fee will be refunded minus $15.00.
If you have paid for registration and a packet and cancel before your packet is mailed to you, you will be refunded a total of $30.00 ($15.00 for the packet and $15.00 administrative fee). If your packet has already been mailed, your registration fee will be refunded minus $15.00.
All cancellations must be in writing and received prior to April 22nd.
