- The Center for Student Leadership Development (CSLD) will co-host the 12th Annual Cardboard Boat Regatta on September 28, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. at the IU Outdoor Pool. The Regatta features boats made solely of cardboard and duct tape. Boats must accommodate a two person crew and be sea worthy enough to traverse the length of the pool. Even if you don’t build your own boat this year, come out and enjoy the event and scope out the competition for next year. Boats, people, music, food and a great time! Proceeds from the Cardboard Boat Regatta support the student leader scholarhips on the IU-Bloomington campus.
