If you are a Mac user, please let us know if you are unable transition to the Windows PC or do not have access to a Mac laptop and we’ll make every effort to get the Mac back in your classroom ASAP or possibly make other arrangements. We regret the circumstances, however, we could not justify the risk of leaving computers that are no longer secure from theft in classrooms for the picking. UPDATE: We have been able to re-secure the Mac Minis in the classrooms. |

Due to this weekend’s Microsoft’s Global Validation Tool outage, STC and Partner workstations began experiencing problems loading web pages in Internet Explorer, saving files in Microsoft Word, using Microsoft Search, and using Office Add-ins like @Risk.
Mozilla Firefox will work and users should transition to using it until the STC team can resolve issues with Microsoft applications. [UPDATE]This issue is now resolved in all classrooms. |
