Ecology and Evolution of Host-Parasite Interactions (Z620).--This course will be a graduate seminar (2 credits) on the basic theory of host-parasite interactions. It will contain lectures, readings and discussions on epidemiological models, evolution of parasite virulence, evolution of sex and mate choice, ecology of immune defense, and the population and community effects of infection. Undergraduates are welcome, but need the permission of the instructor.

The course will be offered during the Fall of 2009.
