Course Format: Laboratory.

Prerequisites: M200 concurrently.

Course Description: Audio-tutorial laboratory of exercises and
demonstrations designed to enable the students to achieve proficiency in
the principles and techniques necessary for the cultivation and utilization
of microorganisms under aseptic conditions.

Required Text: "Microbiology Laboratory for Allied Sciences".

Weekly Assignments: Two hour lab plus one hour homework.

Exams/Papers: Midterm, final, four lab practicals.
