CLASS MEETING:
Two 50 minute periods per week

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
E102 Aerobic Dance is a total fitness class which emphasizes
cardiorespiratory fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance, and coordination
through rhythmical movement.  In general, class begins with 5-10 minute
warm-up, 25-30 minutes of aerobics, followed by a toning and cool-down
segment to complete the class.  Some days the class will do step aerobics,
fitness walks or a full class of toning and conditioning to vary the
workout.

ATTENDANCE:
Students are allowed a maximum of three (3) absences.  Upon a fourth absence
the student has 3 options:
1)  receive a grade of F;
2)  officially withdraw from the class;
3)  follow an appeal procedure with the instructor and/or the Elective
Program
Coordinator.
