COURSE PREREQUISITES:
Admission into Master of Doctoral degree program in kinesiology or neural
science.

CLASS MEETING:
One 50 minute period per week

TEXTBOOK:  Packet of research articles

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is intended to review and discuss the current literature in the
area of motor control.  Emphasis will be given to neural factors that affect
movement, and the neural plasticity of the human neuromuscular system.
Students will be required to participate in discussion, and develop and
present a research proposal in the area of motor control.

EXAMS:
There are no exams in this class.  Grading will be based upon the following:
Research Proposal, Grant Application and Research Presentation.
