Introduction to the values, practices, and beliefs of the major religious
traditions in Asia, with special attention to Hinduism, Taoism,
Confucianism, and Buddhism.  Topics to be covered include karma and
rebirth, monastic life vs. life in society, concepts of the "self ", and
standards of ethical conduct.
