(3 cr.)An overview of the liability and legal responsibility, as well
as legal recourse health care facilities may exercise. This course
will discuss policies and standards relating to health facility
administration-. Also included is a discussion of financial aspects
unique to the hospital/health care facility environment, such as
third-party payments and federal assistance.
