Course Format: One combined lecture/lab per week.

Prerequisites:  Biol L111. Recommended L473 (can be concurrent).

Course Description: Introduction to field and lab techniques for
studying ecology from individuals to ecosystems.  Emphasis on applying
these techniques to a variety of group research projects.

Required Text: None.

Weekly Assignments: Group reports, data analysis, reading from
literature.

Exams/Papers: Final exam.
