This section meets with G500

This course offers the student an introduction to ancient Greek. It
assumes that the student knows nothing about the language and begins
with the basics of the language.  Students who complete this course
and G150 in the second semester ought, with the help of a dictionary,
to be able to read simpler texts in Greek, including The New
Testament.
