Course provides knowledge of advanced weight training principles such
as power clean, power snatch and other expolisive power training
techniques and concepts such as plyometrics, medicine ball training
and speed and agility techniques.  Develop understanding of training
principles specific to sport and encourage participation in sport
specific weight training and athletic development as a means to
realize athletic potential.
