E102 Aerobic Dance is a total fitness class which emphasizes
cardiorespiratory fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance, and
coordination through rhythmical movement.  In general, class begins
with 5-10 minute warm-up, 25-30 minutes of aerobics, followed by a
toning and cool-down segment to complete the class.  Some days the
class will do step aerobics, fitness walks or a full class of toning
and conditioning to vary the workout.
