Prerequisite: LATS L210, L211, or permission of the instructor.  This
course will focus on an intensive inventory, analysis and critique of
Latino-oriented web-based materials.  This analysis will examine both
Latino-oriented materials and materials targeted to the general
population.   For both types, the course would ask how well they meet
the needs or suit the preferences of the Latino population and how
they might be improved.  This section of the course will be based on
the analysis of current content of the Internet, but will also
briefly examine trends in Internet development as they pertain to
Latinos.  This section may be taken for cultural studies credit.
