An introduction to computer applications in public affairs. Topics
include basic terminology, core concepts, and issues associated with
managing operating systems, designing networks, and applying user
information technology to public affairs problems. Issues of security
and ethics in computing are also considered. Credit given for only
one of CSCI A106, CSCI A110, BUS K201, and SPEA V261.
