Psychology majors enter careers in business, education, psychology,
human services, criminal justice, and medicine & allied health, among
other areas. The goal of this course is to stimulate YOU to take
action to select and prepare for a career. Towards that goal, you will
engage in a self-assessment exercise to open your mind to career
options that match your interests and talents. You engage in research
to discover what people do in various occuptions. You will also do
research to discover which coursework and which extracurricular
activities (campus organizations, volunteer work, research or
internship opportunities) will help you achieve your career goals.
