Classical Studies | Caesar Civil War
L308 | 1046 | Franklin
L308: Caesar’s Civil War meets MWF from 12:20P-01:10P in BH 321.
The course (incorrectly titled) is designed both for incoming
and continuing undergraduate students and will comprise a thorough
study of select texts of the great C. Iulius Caesar, not merely the
Bellum Civile. Emphasis will be first on grammar and syntax, and
then the literature and life and career of Caesar. There will be
daily translation and occasional quizzes, along with regular tests
and a final examination.
