consent of instructor.  Selected topics focus on the human
dimensions of environmental change/conservation.  Example focus
topics:  Population-environment interactions, transport-environment
interactions, and urban-environment interactions.  May be repeated
four times with a different topic for a maximum of 12 credit hours.
