*L290 and L390 classes have variable titles; more than one of these
topics classes may be taken for credit. Students may register for
either L290 or L390. Additional work assignments, such as residency,
homework, or exam questions, are required in L390 sections.

1 cr., SB150. Class meets Thursday, 5:45-8:25 pm, November 6, 13, 20,
December 4, and 11.  If you don’t know your rights at work or think
employment law is just for lawyers, you’re not alone.  This class
will explore methods for securing and exercising worker rights in the
U.S.  Topics include unions and collective bargaining, health and
safety, the Family and Medical Leave Act, worker compensation and
discrimination laws.
