Ancient Greek Culture

This course is an interdisciplinary survey of ancient Greece from
the Mycenaean age (1600-1200 B.C.) to the Classical period (480-323
B.C.). We will consider the literary, artistic, social, religious,
and political achievements of ancient Greek culture through
lectures, slides, and readings of original sources translated into
English. There are no prerequisites.
