Graduate-level independent study for general topics that do not fall
under the areas of Computer Art, Ceramics, Graphic Design,
Metalsmithing, Painting/Drawing, Photography, Printmaking,
Sculpture, or Textiles.  These areas have specific independent study
course numbers, such as U790 for photography.

An authorization from the instructor is required.
