This section is a web based course offered through OnCourse.  There
are no required classroom meetings - all interaction between
instructor and students will take place through OnCourse.

Section 7941; 3 credit hours.  This course provides a  survey of the
law governing labor-management relations.  Topics include the legal
framework of collective bargaining, problems in the administration
and enforcement of agreements, and protection of individual employee
