This section is a web based course offered through OnCourse.  There
are no required classroom meetings - all interaction between
instructor and students will take place through OnCourse.

Section 7943; 3 credit hours. This course analyzes the political
economy of labor and the role of organized labor within it.  The
class analyzes the effect on workers, unions, and collective
bargaining of unemployment, investment policy, and changes in
technology and corporate structure.  As well, we will look at the
labor movementís political and bargaining responses.  Instructor:
